- Established contribution infrastructure for the component library: authored documentation and JSDoc standards, built CI/CD pipelines with automated semver versioning, and maintained a beta release channel — setting the standards all frontend contributions were held to.
- Rebuilt the marketing site from ad-hoc styles into a reusable component system — eliminating dependency on an external contractor, enabling non-engineers to ship content updates independently, cutting build times from 15 to 5 minutes, and bringing the site to full WAI-ARIA conformance.
- Replaced ag-grid with a custom TanStack Table implementation — unlocking expandable row detail views showing complete Q&A conversation threads with AI-powered response quality analysis, features architecturally incompatible with ag-grid's model, while eliminating third-party styling constraints and reducing bundle size.
- Built a concurrent chat interface supporting multiple simultaneous streaming conversations with real-time hallucination detection, switchable mid-stream without blocking — became the sole demo tool for a net-new product line, driving every sales conversation from launch.
